0.12.0 is live, along with a good chunk of the new factory area!

Although this update only adds half of the story content for the new area, it does feature five new enemies, with corresponding scenes for each of them, in addition to a new way of exploring this specific area. Go nuts and try to get some of the new items! They might come in handy.
